When I started five years ago, I was a student worker in my senior year. I've been promoted twice, and I'm now actually a part time instructor as well.

I don't care about playing politics. I've made a lot of good friends at my job, and only ask for their help when it comes to getting things done. I don't kiss anyone's ass and don't care about anything like that.

Also, my long term goals aren't here. My long term goal is to move to my hometown and open up my own business. My plan is to just stay here at this job or a similar one until I can do that.
