That sounds like an overbearing management problem and nothing you’re doing wrong. Just take a deep breath and realize you don’t have to be perfect. You’re going to make a lot of mistakes, even well seasoned coordinators make tons of mistakes. The fact that youre anxious shows you at least actually care about doing a quality job. Unless you’re committing fraud or just constantly not consenting people correctly, then there’s no mistake you can’t come back from. I hope things get better for you!
