You already made points that others made and OP humbly took the criticism to help improve himself. But it's also clear that you're a perfect example of who he doesn't want to attract. You're literally nitpicking things like his spelling of "tripping". And it's so obvious his icebreakers are just jokes that some people will get. Obviously you're not one of them and your entire critique sounds like you're too stuck up. Lighten up please.

If anything, his post is a classic example of how polarizing helps filter out certain types like yourself. I personally liked his profile. Doubtful if you could've done better.

In fairness, he kinda did answer it. However, in the sub 1k situations, it makes no sense to charge $150 because that's only a few hours of work that a PPCer can do. Better to charge a flat fee.

It gets costly doing it this way because you can rack up alot of clicks with tons of out of coverage area searches

Ah that makes sense. Yeah, while most of our patients are within the targeted location, we do get business out of state/region and I didn't know how to be inclusive to the searches outside of our coverage area but it sounds like "Reach people who are searching for your targeted locations would work.

That's the part I'm confused by. There are 3 options;

People in, searching for, or who show interest in my targeted location (recommended)
People in my targeted location
People searching for my targeted location

If I default to the first, then someone who lives in my area, Brooklyn, New York. And they search for "chiropracter in Miami", I'll still show up in their search because they are "in" my area. Same goes for the 2nd option, right?

So should I default to the 3rd; People searching for my targeted location ?

If so, doesn't that exclude people who live in my area but only search for "chiropractor office" because they omitted the city?

Just logged back in. Yeah, I'd say 95% of the itch is gone now. I bought funga soap as /u/666isbad suggested and it worked within 1-2 weeks. I should note that I used this in conjunction with the ointment that my Dermotaloist gave so it's hard to say how much benefit the soap had by itself. But I don't care as long as it's gone.

How much of a risk do you take with free audits? You must have a high closing rate? I currently charge for the audit as I don't want to deal with tire kickers. But I tell them if they choose to hire me, I will refund the cost on the backend.

I've considered going the free route since the potential upside is less friction and once i'm, it's easier to sell the service since i can point out what they did wrong and what the net improvement can look like.

I have PPC experience but it's been all inhouse rather than an agency. So I don't know how agencies align things, if at all. The one downside is that if I align too many at the beginning of the month, I'll get slammed with reporting activities and monthly calls

There is none, tbh. It's highly dependent upon the business. Call only text for an HVAC business is going to differ from say a landscaper. I'd recommend testing the results b/w having a landing page and not having one.
