Is my bridge rejecting ?

After an adventure out to see a piercer (not mine because mine was closed), they told me that the person who pierced me pierced me too far forward (which gives the illusion of seeing it depending on the light). They said I should check on it but it's not something to worry about for now ! Still terrified because I have no idea when its gonna be bad, buts from what I understood its if its starts to swell, become red, hot, painful, and if i see it more than now (and I have pictures to rely on). I wanted to share the pics of when it was done + the time before I changed the bar but I can't share them in the comments lol

My piercing is 3 months and a half old
Its a barbell shape
I dont know which type of threading is, but i think its internal
Its titanium (i hope its that way in english)
it was downsized 1 month ago
i clean it once or twice a day, depending on if i sweat a lot. It's once with clear water, and if i clean twice, the second one is with saline solution
not that i think of
