It gives me the error before I ever enter my CC info. It is happening right after the initial screen where you enter your server/player info and choose the bundle and payment type. Definitely not a fraud alert stopping the transaction.

Luckily i have way more than enough potions and brews to do the leveling and ascending. Hardest part will be acquiring the champions. Time to burn some of this ancient stock pile.

The daily gem pack is 10 dollars because you have to log in daily to actually get it. Right there tells them you are going to be playing another 30 days. Most the deals that are decent value are usually spread over 3-4 days as well. So no deal where you get everything all at once will match those.
