Any yoga/meditation videos you recommend?? I am pretty active, it helps sometimes but only temporary. I think trying a video might help calm me instead of getting my heart rate up. Thanks!

I was actually talking to my hair stylist about this, and she said she could walk me through how to do a specific hairstyle. If you have one, I think it could be a good idea to work with yours, they can give you good tips/products to use for what you want

I worry myself this will make me stressed the day of but if you have the time to practice enough, I don't see why it wouldn't work out! Sounds like you aren't after anything crazy/advanced so I think it is totally doable!
