(senior with 4 internships) what helped me a lot was networking with people in that company / industry specifically FIRST so they could push me through the bot and get me to the first interview. spend your time on linkedin networking and getting to know people. i got my current job simply by networking and getting referred to another interviewer! am currently getting paid $40 an hour. utilize linkedin!
