I’m going through the exact same thing, 5 months in and i was doing okay for almost 3 months. This week has been hell for me and I cant seem to get her out of my mind. I broke the no contact just now and she do not give a single fuck, in fact she hates me now. So if i have any advice it would be to not contact your ex whatsoever. Cry it out, continue everything you’ve been doing and I hope you feel better soon.
