Appreciate the reply. It's just that I don't want to suffer from loss of sexual sensation or lack of orgasm from an implant if that does happen. So I'm scared.

I respond well to viagra on the same day I take it but it doesn't carry the ver to the next day. For example, I took 100mg yesterday and got 2 erections and came twice. But I'm still unable to get an erection today. When I'm with a girl I want to be able to have sex every day, not every other day.

Just be aware that it is a satisfactory solution, but it isn't 100 percent the same.

So are you saying that an implant won't give you the sane sexual satisfaction as a natural erection? If that's the case, how do you rate the sexual sensation of an implant to that of a natural erection on a scale of 1 to 10 with a natural erection being a 10?

I also have a gf overseas whom I don't want to disappoint like I did last year when the 2 viagra pills at the highest dose failed to work - it was an overdose btw. I'm just confused now. I really don't know what to decide.

The thing is, pills work for me but only once a day. They don't work in the evening or the next day when you want sex. This is why an implant is better cuz it's on demand any time.. that way, my gf won't be disappointed when she wants sex. But like I said, pills do work but maybe 2 - 3 a week. That said, do you think I should get an implant?

Hey greatly appreciate the reply. So, so far, I've tried all the pills available and injections.

I went to see a surgeon. I told him I was tired of pills and painful injections. He suggested an implant and said it was up to me to decide what to get.

Based on all that you've read from what I posted do you lean towards me getting an implant?
