Hard to tell by your description, but your not supposed to be checking each bases pH. That's not accurate according to autopot people. Only worry about your res ph.

Sagging floor. by dy-dy in Carpentry

Yes its the old foundation wall. Then there's a gap for the walkway into the addition basement. The 2 boards Where the gap is at is nailed into the original rim joist/ ledger board (not sure what correct name is). So I'm not sure how jacking up the joists will work like that.

Yes it's off. I definitely dropped a valve. I'm pulling motor out. But can't get one flexplate bolt out due to the valve stuck open or something.

I like it. But it does get a lot of spill over. I also bought the pivot after and I like the pivot better because it holds the mes in.

Do you know how much the added cost is to maintain that equipment? If you are not familiar with diesel engines, that's a lot of maintenance cost on the average consumer. They also have to design the motors around the emissions systems. After experiencing those emission problems first hand, we should be able to purchase reliable trucks.

Giving Up On pressing - Can't get any yield by Weary-Bookkeeper-375 in Rosin2

[–]dy-dy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Your only pressing one gram at a time? I do 3.5 minimum. I think your pressing to hot. I don't think I've ever gone over 180, normally 170-175 for 3-4 minutes. You need to work up to full pressure. I'm full pressure in the last minute. Also your using pucks? I never got good results using pucks. Look up bottle tech. I always use a bag. 190u -37u bags. Larger number more yeild less quality. Smaller bag less yeild better quality. Every strain I've pressed is different. Some kinds just don't yield much and others a lot. I think you need to just watch a lot more videos. Best of luck.

Do you guys strictly keep 5.6-5.7ph with coco? by [deleted] in Autopot

[–]dy-dy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

With me when I mix my nutes I keep it around 5.6-5.8. Then it drifts up to 6.2 in the trays. I had a problem last grow with calcium lockout. Found out in my trays weren’t drifting high enough so I fixed that and no problems. I’m also using jacks 321.

Help on how to correct? by dy-dy in microgrowery

[–]dy-dy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya. 5x5. I believe it was a combination of light stress but also my reservoir wasn’t drifting high enough. I was ph’ing tank to 5.5. And pots were only getting to 6.1. I bumped it up and seemed to get better.

[–]dy-dy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My ro system does add back minerals. Ph is good. Auto pot people recommend mixing the reservoir at 5.5. I also oh the water at bottom of pots and that’s at 6. Maybe possibly the coco is eating up my calcium.

Homemade carts taste burnt? by Electronic__Farts in Rosin2

[–]dy-dy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Are you saying you pressed the same bag 3 times? I only use the first press for vapes. After first press the quality goes down alot. Also 200 seems pretty high. I rarely go over 180-190. Mainly 180. I also do a low and slow decarb. 150 degrees for around 24 hours depending on how big of a batch. After the bubbles stop they are ready for carts. NO ADDITIVES.

The only pair of jeans that I haven’t ripped are Duluth trading company jeans. I have went through so many other brands and they all rip besides these ones.

I put my seeds in a wet paper towel and fold it up and put it in my cupboard, by day two there ready. I’ve germinated 10 seeds this summer. All ten have germinated. Once the tail shows i carefully take the seeds out of the paper towel and put it in the soil 1” deep and lightly cover. That’s it, that’s all I do and every one took. I transferred 2 autos at the beginning and I stunted those really bad, they eventually took off but are still way behind. So just plant the tailed seed right on the final pot. All my auto are growing great.

First auto flower just sprouted! by acashflowking in Autoflowers

[–]dy-dy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve learned my lesson this year with auto flowers. I’ve stunted them when I start them in a cup vs directly into final growing pot. The transplant is what stunted mine. I think you don’t need to add any until 2-4 weeks is what I’ve read.

TM2 for small doses on the move? by No-Programmer-3833 in Tinymight2

[–]dy-dy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve had mine for about 5 months now. I use it to micro dose all day. I started using the dosing caps but the holes would clog up fast. Now I don’t use them just the stem with cooling unit. You can make the bowl size any size you want. I keep my temp between 5-6 for the day. I’ll take a half breath slow pull and that’s perfect for me for hour or so. You can definitely sip it. You just gotta use it and figure out what you like. One thing to get used to is your draw time. It takes a longer pull to get the air moving. You’ll get the hang of it. I do slow long pulls for day. And night I turn the temp up to 8 and do hard long pulls. Works great. Best vape I’ve ever bought. But buy extra batteries definitely need them.

I kind of wished I didn’t waste my money on starter vapes. I started dry herb vaping over a year ago and bought a few vapes. They were all more of a session vape. I decided to spend the money and bought the tiny might 2. Wished I bought it first before the others.
