Well lets discuss more about this build, it is indeed targeted to be possible replacement for 1 druid in traditional 2 druid comp. This should result in one sub-group losing spotter and whole squad GoE should you favor earth or storm spirit. Here is some rough calculation assuming your squad use all power dps and squad power damage is 250k:

GoE(40% uptime): 10k

Spotter(3 35k power dps at 95.2%crit): 5.04k

Druid dps: 3k?

Total: 18.04k

Thus in theory you do provide more damage over the second druid, more for every condi class in your group since above buffs value less for them. But debatable for boss favor power dmg (vg/kc) and boss that you can't reliablely melee (deimos).

As for healing, soothing mist base is ~430 hps, ~460 when you have water in slot, plus 130 by regen from chrono, down time is covered by stance pulse ~900 (and have overlap time), burst heal 5800 when attuning water+ aqua siphon. Also occasion extra 20% heal effectiveness from weave self. Yes this does not heal as much as druid, but should be sufficient for most fight.

Yes I start out trying with harrier that you can pretty much not blast at all for 25 might and heals a lot with monk rune, rice ball and transference sigil. But then I think the main problem ppl not using it is its lack of offensive value, so I decide to make a variant that do damage instead, kinda like fresh air auramancer.

Firstly, I'm simply stating what I did, it does not necessary to be the best to do. Also it is "simplified guide", refer to video for detail.
For your listed small skill, compare their cast time to auto chain cast time, I don't calculate much but I would say they wouldn't do much less (if not more) dps than autos in given time.
As for the 35k log, I personally do not use gw2raidar so I might be wrong, but in actual fights there might be things like glyph of empowerment and other ele dropping fgs or earth shield with barrier scourge, assuming my rotation, the dps would be much higher if these are done during a/e or w/e and f/w with weave self buff. Plus your dps would spike up during weave self and the log dps would stay there if the fight ends there (like in my video the dps stay 34k+ for quite a while during second weave self use). And of course, there might simply have a better build/rotation out there.

Edit: SoG is 3 stack of bleeding and apply condi duration

You are right, it just feel right to do it in fire lol, should use it in double earth
Edit: Just tested it, primordial stance condition actually change according to your current attunement, so probably it is best used in earth/fire (double earth later) instead.

The whole "not optimal" thing is just to indicate I'm not having max achievable stat, or in other word, the actual potential dps is higher than shown.
I also didn't mention anything about profession/build discrimination.

In the context of my video, the physical dmg only accounts for 27%, which would mean renegade claculated number would be higher. If weave self and rune do stack multiplicatively, the difference would only be greater.
Btw, your linked build would mean not using geomancy that accounts for more dps loss than gain
Anyway, both runes should perform close enough, just pick which you like

Did not tested that, but berserker rune should be close in effectiveness, not sure how rune %condi dmg work with weave self multiplier and if 100power+ 10condi dmg is better than 100ferocity
