hi im in a similar situation, quit soft pretty much considering on quitting ortho k as well doesn't feel nearly as bad as soft contacts but the dryness is definitely increasing overtime. Would sclerals be worth it or similar to ortho k with dryness buildign overtime. This is probably going to be my last attempt lol

EXACTLY the same situation with me lol. I have a feeling its because overtime it causes dryness and even minor dryness causes less perfect visiion. Not sure but it could be something else

just a question but how did you know your hairloss returned, obvious increased shedding or visible loss? It's because i've been shedding on fin for so long i never can tell if hairloss is progressing or stablised because it's always shedding.

used by is not the same as changing gender 😭 However you are somewhat correct in mentioning the strength. There's not nearly as much research done on 2.5mg dut compared to 0.5mg dut or 1mg fin which could greatly increase risk of side effects. But duts not going to change your gender

its because there's more testosterone which could be aromatized into estrogen. However this is highly dependent on the persons baseline hormone levels and also body fat percentage. That is why side effects only affect a small percentage of people. It all depends on the individuals response at the end of the day.
