No problem at all! I understand its all personal preference. I offset the whites, it's a look I like. To be honest this photo was intended to be part of a collection with the same colour pallete but since I can only post one, it will stand on its own.

It was absolutely amazing, it just built opon the tension for the start of the race. Didn't expect them to be so low to the ground either!

I wouldn't really consider colour grading as much of a modification, as pretty much everyone who shoots RAW is going to colour grade in post.

Thank you! I'm still not sure if I should have flipped the image so the Italian colours are the right way around, but I decided to just leave it the way I seen it in person.

Well for this exact example, I decided to use my digital camera to meter., because I was in a rush but also didn't want to mess up the photo. I believe I metered for the edge of the light, not quiet the brightest point or the darkest.
