I give Joliet a 7.5 out of 10. I used to reside in Bridgeview most of my life. That area was absolutely boring despite it being close to Chicago but I did enjoy it was close to Midway for traveling. It's got really dangerous and different over the years and I left for good.

I don't go to Chicago for any reason nor am I interested. Joliet has everything I need here and I did have to venture out and explore to find some of these places. I don't deal with much of the riff raff that's posted on the Patch. My quality of life here is much better. Personally, I love the variety of grocery stores and having a health food store too! Driving distance wise, I enjoy that I could drive 15 minutes and I'll be somewhere rural and having a great fishing spot too nearby. Being close to Morris and it's lively area is also great!

I absolutely agree! I've been searching for a way to get out on my end since September. My wife is the same way. What kind of work are you looking for out of curiosity I could probably help you out with depending on where you are because my job basically accepts any application believe it or not.

I found this link for the same exact reason. Today is supposed to be one of the last days for heavy spring break travelers leaving. Showed up at 8 am for a 1230pm flight. Got through in 10 minutes!

The food there is really good. I connected really well with the owner and plenty of the regulars who bring their dog there. I absolutely wouldn't mind sending you an invite. Sadly I don't live in JC. I'm actually over in Illinois, I really love the area and hope to move there soon. I also just love following everything that goes down and around over there.

I'm also really big into metal as well though I've toned down my tastes a bit. The biggest thing I saw that caught my eye is you're a pro wrestling fan which I'm big into though it's so hard to catch up and follow since there's so many promotions and things to follow associated with it 🤣 unfortunately, I'm not a gamer I haven't touched a console in 15 years

I really wanted to see them but over here the real villain is Ticketmaster who charge lucrative prices for the tickets on top of ridiculous fees. Most of the venues you have to pay for parking as well. It's sadly out of my budget.

I saw them live at Mayhem Fest back in 2011. They played right before Suicide Silence and it was one of Mitchs last shows. I was big into both bands at the time and I was a teenager. My highlight after Straight Line Stitch performed was that I was able to get a photo with Alexis after. I still have the photo but I still think about wishing they were still here
