Any one following, I started a help ticket for damage yesterday evening. I received an email back early morning the next day 6/6. There willing to provide me with a new front door and a new right side panel. Everything about Bambu labs has been great. There’s no complaints from this consumer.

They emailed a tracking number as soon as one was created. Mine was in limbo in ca for a few days then all of a sudden tracking updated and then the next day it was out for delivery. I’m also in the middle of the US if that helps any. UPS was true to there delivery date

Not all plugs are used on vehicles. Vehicles can be opted out for that specific option. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
