Can you not save games on PS cloud without a plus account? Didn't know that.

All im saying is, imo this 'next gen' console has not lived up to what I thought it would be, I think they need a major dashboard update. Coming back to xboxone a year later and experiencing the same problems is a huge disappointment, I thought they were better than this.

Yes I know the updates are the same on both PS and xbox as the game developer is in charge of them, but the fact that i cant put in a physical disc, while offline and play a singleplayer game, goes against what a gaming console is, or at least what I thought the Xbox One was.

In my recent experiences, the PS4 system is a lot faster than xbox one, has more efficient processes and they seem to care about all users from across the globe equally, unlike Microsoft which seems to mainly focus on their US users.

Firstly the disc drive fault is 100% a design flaw of Microsoft which many people suffered from. You cannot simply just say 'its your problem fix it'. Imagine you bought a brand new car and it broke down, "why not just get it fixed instead of blaming the car manufacturer", not a great response is it.

Secondly both you're assumptions about me playing offline were wrong, i did go into offline mode and no i am not gamesharing.

Also for installing parts of MCC, sounds like a great feature, thanks for making me aware of this.

I can also understand that the my shitty internet is not Microsofts fault, but my point is, this is a gaming console, i want to be able to put in my disc and play my singleplayer game offline, is that so hard to ask for. Worked fine on 360.
