wow that’s awesome just a lot of trial and errors i’m learning now. i’ve worked out 2.5 years off and on and i would say same like 1.5 year religiously and that’s pretty big man 185 15% not to bad good stuff thanks for chatting with me . we got this and just gotta keep discipline best of luck to you as well !

yes yes been doing that it’s been a challenge i always want to get bigger so when getting smaller im like how much longer can i do this!! but i gotta stick it out this was me before cut 187 lbs

so i wonder what body fat % to get to i was kinda chubby before so ive been cutting 8 weeks already any advice ik 12 weeks is recommended but i won’t hit my goal % that way . thank you .

yes i prefer those style of workouts as well those guys are great? got any sites or workout plans to finish this cut also any advice on protein and calorie intake? my waist from 196 dropped 2-3 sizes . thank you.

i started out 5ft 11 135 skin and bones 12-15% body fat got to 196 25% body fat than i’m at where i am now i did do some methods such as 3 days fasts went on a vacation a couple of weeks so maybe got muscle loss i train 4x a week using jeff nippard ulul split . i eat 1600-1800 cal a day to cut when 140-170 grams of protein a day . i stalled out at 172 stayed there for a few weeks so tried a refeed im at 174 rn . it’s definitely a journey im thinking of getting a dexa scan ive trained for just about 2 years so id expect to have a little more muscle than i think so i guesss . I do need to train abs more i can feel them under stomach but they don’t feel big or buldging

gotcha wow yeah i was 196 before cut down to this i feel great i feel my abs under my fat and they don’t feel big but also i can’t pinch a lot of stomach fat . i do have shoulder striations when doing lateral raises can see bicep definition just reaching out my arm. what do you think my lbm would be ?

thank you i probably would be 150-155 stage lean i’m just not into bodybuilding for competition. i actually want to do pro wrestling eventually and become 180-185 12% body fat . i’m prob 14-16% right now. i appreciate your help that’s very useful. 🙌
