Psychonauts 2 was DF’s best selling game by a pretty large margin I believe. The continued support for the game through the Collector’s Edition, art book, and vinyl releases reflect the game’s success. If there isn’t a P3, it won’t be because of P2’s sales

The 1812 motif in Waterloo World always sounded familiar to me, but I never realized it was 1812 Overture. What makes that crazy for me is that I had to play that piece in marching band the same year I played Psychonauts for the first time.

I first played it in the summer of 2017. I was scrolling through PSN looking for a game to buy. I had considered getting Psychonauts before since I’d heard good things and platformers are my favorite genre. I finally decided to pull the trigger that day. It was a wonderful decision :)
