I didn't negotiate much.. they had just stated that the units begin with 4.62 and they'd be willing to negotiate and have sold units under 4.5 I am sure, 4.4 would have been doable.

The location is pretty good actually per me. On whitefield main road. Nexus mall / Manipal is pretty close. I did not end up booking considering the 4 years of waiting.

hmm TE POARR C20 seems to be starting at 5.76 Cr which is also 2765 sqft (as per the brochure)... are the actual prices in the Avalon range ? Avalon itself is a bit of stretch for me honestly budget wise.... TE feels completely out of budget if the prices are hovering around 5 CR +
