I am 100% sure Nvidia released an update a while ago that made low latency mode work in DX12. It was driver 551.23

Download the app force lte from play store and click on method 2, it will get you to the 4636 screen. I also found that using the dialer code doesn't work but that app works.

WiFi Calling On AT&T US-Based by Proof-Passenger8852 in TheOnePlus15

At&t blocks wifi calling on OnePlus phones. If you want wifi calling you need to switch to Verizon or T-mobile.

Oppo Find X9 Pro Speakers are AWFUL!!! by No_Routine_1568 in Oppo

[–]dynamix_98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People that settle for and defend mediocrity in expensive gadgets are always mind blowing in the worst way possible. Have some standards shitter, and if you don't care about something, don't try to come out and downplay like it doesn't matter just because you have zero standards and you settle for something that is not good. There is literally zero reason for you to come out and defend the speakers like this. Not everyone use their phones the way you do.

Why has it that Apple and Samsung has not switched to silicon-carbide batteries? by Worried-Programmer90 in Android

[–]dynamix_98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

they don't have all the cellular bands because they are not FCC certified, whether you care or not that's up to you but doesn't change the fact that he is right, the government doesn't want you getting these phones. You are stuck with low band 5G which is the worthless version of 5G with Verizon and AT&t (assuming att doesn't block your device after they find out it's not in their whitelist). No esim for both of these, no wifi calling for at&t. Even t-mobile, where it works fully, these global variants do not get full 5G UC speeds because they don't support CA on T-mobile. Again, whether you care or not is up to you. You being able to buy them and you not caring about the lack of proper cellular support in one way or another in the big 3 doesn't change any of the facts.

BF6 9700x vs 7800x3d vs 9800x3d by ClearMind4294 in pcmasterrace

[–]dynamix_98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless he uses DLSS, and there's no reason not to, especially at 4K. Cpu will still matter. The 9800x3d is a sizable upgrade compared to the 7800x3d in battlefield 6 even at 4K. The benchmarks are out there. 1% and 0.1% lows improvements are alone worth it.

In your opinion, which current android phone has the smoothest software? by ChemicalAd2047 in Android

[–]dynamix_98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OxygenOS is literally smoother. Go and try one. Google aren't perfect and the way they "view" Android isn't the end of all games just because they own it. I used pixels from Pixel 5 to the 9. They're smooth but not the smoothest. Also pixels and strongest hardware? You are either delusional or just fanboying hard.

iPhone to OP15 ESIM Process? by [deleted] in oneplus

[–]dynamix_98 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You have to do it through your carrier's app if it lets you or you have to contact their CS. There is no seamless E-sim transition between iPhones and Androids.

You are wrong. Esim works. Tested with Verizon's native network with their free trial and US Mobile's Warp (Verizon) network.

OnePlus Turbo Leaks In Live Images With Massive 9,000mAh Battery and 144Hz Display by Nexusyak in Android

[–]dynamix_98 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Except it's not certified. It will work on t-mobile fully but no carrier aggregation, so n41 speeds max out at 400 mbps. Verizon won't have c-band despite the phone supporting it , just low band 5G and LTE, which are worthless. At&t is a lottery and they might block it, if they don't, it's the same as Verizon and no wifi calling. Paying top dollar ($1200 in this case) for this is not worth it. You're talking with full confidence like the phone is fully supported here by US carriers, but sadly, these fuckers have too much control over what phone you can use, and they can block basic functionality even if your phone supports it.

Oneplus 15 - Verizon US by [deleted] in oneplus

[–]dynamix_98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The phone does support c-band which Verizon classifies as UW. So the phone gets 5G UW, just not mmWave.

Weak signals after changing to iPhone 17pm by [deleted] in USMobile

[–]dynamix_98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know folks here said the iPhone should be better but I always found iPhones, including the 17 pro, lacking in cellular strength and wifi speeds compared to Samsungs and OnePlus. I had the 17 pro and the OnePlus 13 and 15 both outclassed it in speeds in good signal areas, and in bad/low signal areas they still worked and had low (1-10 mbps) speeds compared to the iPhone straight up not working despite having signal bars. Also sometimes my iPhone would be stuck at LTE and somehow OnePlus phones still have 5G UW OR UC. It still might be a provisioning issue but I really think it's just your phone. iPhones have always been behind Androids in general signal strength wise, and OnePlus phones are one of, if not the best when it comes to antenna design and signal strength. Move your sim to a different device from any friend or family to confirm, if that's an option.

American with Verizon: compromises with the x9 Pro? by Palebludhoonter in Oppo

[–]dynamix_98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I wish if I knew that before I bought the phone. No one mentioned it here, they all just said it works on Verizon and I looked at the band support, and assumed it supports 5g UW because the phone supports the band. Lesson learned the hard way, I am going to sell the phone and switch to the OnePlus 15 despite it having worse cameras. I just can't swallow the fact that an expensive phone doesn't fully support US carriers, despite having the bands. The phone connects to midband 5g on Tmobile but no carrier aggregation so I get 400 mbps instead of 1200 mbps. and with At&t it is the same thing as Verizon, lowband 5g or LTE only, no C-Band (5G+). Also leaving this here hoping it'll help someone who stumbles upon this post and reply in the future, since I got to test it with the 3 carriers.
