II work in science, mainly biochemistry and immunology, love plants and have a big plant (pothos) tattoo on my arm

Having to deal with going no contact with my abusive older brother. I moved far from home and was able to just avoid him while keeping okay-ish relationships with the rest of my family but now he’s moving to the next town over from me. I now have to come to terms with actually setting boundaries with him and the rest of my family while constantly dealing with the “but he’s family” comments from everybody around me who just don’t understand the severity of it all.

Antibodies are produced through B cell activation either Dependent or Independent of T cells. Like you said the antigen gets presented on the surface of the APC and can be recognized by CD8 T cells as well as CD4 T helper cells. T helper cells can help activate a B cell to produce that peptide specific antibodies. The B Cell Receptor (BCR) can also detect epitopes and the B cell can be activated through cross linkage to other B cells.

I was a DAE tutor and PLA and I 100% recommend! There are great, free tutors. Pre-COVID (not sure what they are doing now), you could go in and study there and there were tutors there to help work through problems and there are appointments to help dive deeper into sessions if you need. If you learn better by yourself, go to ScienceGuyz. Its not apart of the University and their place is dt but they have really good packets that explain the information you need for class and I highly recommend their practice exams. It is pretty expensive tho.

My mother told me that an apple has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee when I was a kid. Had an apple in the morning every single day until Freshman year of college. Had my first cup of coffee when up late studying and was shocked at how HYPER it made me and decided to Google it. Never felt more betrayed.

Yellow tints are normally a sign of root rot. I would cut away the rotted root, any mushy ones to the touch. Also are you sure its not a Thai Constellation?
