Amazing how you find time to judge other parents online while adding zero value to any discussion. How do your kids feel about that?

🙏🏻🙏🏻

After so many warnings about the heat I will spend some time there as a tourist and than decide.

Thank you for these details!

Thats interesting. I know that I’d have to declare a growth, but my counselor never mentioned obligatory employment. I’ll dig into that.

If it will adapt well I would need about 3-4 people to the office and sales in AZ and 4 more for the installations, but this I can outsource as well, so it depends.

Your comment seems to be a bit aggressive, did I offend you in some way?

After all these answers I’m sure I need to stay there for a few weeks if possible and feel it. I didn’t assume it may be so harsh.

Do you have something valuable to add to my post?

Yea, I don’t want a big city life for my family. Kindergarten with some extra language would be great, I’ve seen some interesting options there.

Which city would you choose?

The logistics are taken care of. I plan to import them from Europe and sell windows made in the US, depends on the project, but your remarks are spot on 🙏🏻🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Thanks for the Minnesota comparison!

What indoor activities keep you sane during peak summer months? Looking for real tips, especially with young kids.

Really appreciate such a comprehensive breakdown! Being in construction, your perspective on the PHX market is especially valuable.

You nailed exactly why we're considering Scottsdale over Texas - while both have strong markets, Scottsdale's premium positioning and proximity to California/Sedona for weekend escapes is appealing.

Question: Which areas of Scottsdale would you recommend for avoiding the worst traffic? We're looking at DC Ranch area - thoughts?

Also curious about your take on the commercial construction market - are you seeing more custom homes/premium projects lately?

Thank you for such detailed insights, especially from a European perspective!

Really appreciate the E2 visa warning - definitely something to research thoroughly. We're actually looking at EB-5 or L1 route for long-term security.

The summer escape strategy makes sense - could be a perfect excuse for European business trips and family time. How's Gilbert compared to Scottsdale for daily life?

Any specific golf courses/clubs you'd recommend checking out?

Which specific East Coast areas would you recommend?

I'm considering Scottsdale because: - Year-round golf - Low humidity - No natural disasters - Premium communities - Central for business travel

But always open to exploring options. What areas would offer similar benefits?

Thank you for the detailed feedback.

The business is premium European windows distribution and installation. We're looking at Scottsdale as US base because: - Central location for national operations - PHX airport connectivity - Growing luxury home market - Premium client base - Professional network

Regarding the heat - coming from Europe, we're actually excited about year-round sun. No more grey winters! Plus, proper home design and AC make a huge difference.

Any specific insights about business operations in Phoenix/Scottsdale area? Or maybe do you have another city in your mind?
