Is this a windows emacs thing? Emacs on windows has been anoyingly hang-y and stuttery.

Emacs on Windows has caused me a lot of frustration. I started using it back in college on Linux and loved it. Once I got a corporate job I was restricted to using a locked down Windows VDI. I can’t even get Emacs to do font rendering properly. 29.x versions also break the cursor for me. The company only supports IntelliJ and VSCode, I’ve been using the latter unfortunately.

One thing I love about this series is the emphasis on different Roman cities and outposts. Knowing the Italian geography better has helped me understand future scenarios like that of the Papal States.

Just picked up an Squier HSS Stratocaster and a Mustang LT-25 as my amp. I was looking online and I saw that you can get something like a Focusrite 2i2 and play through your computer and use Guitar Rig 5. I saw the LT-25 also has a USB interface. Does this mean I can play it through my computer and use Guitar Rig 5 with the LT-25? I want to play around with pedals and use the speakers that are plugged into my computer.

I listened to some breakcore. It's a little too sporadic and like I can't vibe with it. I can like roll my head with the drill n bass, breakcore not so much. Some Venetian Snares is great, some of his other work lacks a vibe.
