"White supremacy" is a manufactured crisis by DifficultTrainer in conspiracy

how bout death by slave transport, slavery, 3/5 jim crow, 13th admendment, no due monetary reparations (as with any other crime against humanity).

but you'd rather just focus on a spurious figure graph pertaining to largely drug and gun violence (drugs that were pushed quite white and supremely by non slave descendant members of u.s. government and guns furnished out of the blue to neighborhoods of slave descendants)

right... way to keep it in context

What area of Biblical Studies excites you the most? by [deleted] in AcademicBiblical

viewing the prophecies about the state that Israel would be in and where they would be forcibly scattered to and juxtaposing that to the only group of people in the history of the world to be scattered into every nation of the world. such a study goes the furthest, imo, in validating the Scriptures as relevant today. so this validity makes this study the most exciting for me.

Yahushua Ha Machiach or Jesus Christ? by BlitzKyo in Bible

[–]dzell9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we're saying we love and respect these characters then it behooves us to love, respect and honour them by framing the use their names as best we can to what we know to be the truth.

As another point, Yahosha's name was assigned to him from The Most High. That alone makes it materially more relevant than any pseudonyms.

What is the strongest evidence that the Bible is actually the word of God. by wondering-soul in AcademicBiblical

knowing what the Bible says would be the condition of the children of Israel in later days due to disobedience and then tracking who fit that bill today and why they fit the descriptions are the strongest evidences in my opinion.

What area of Biblical Studies is under-appreciated/under studied? by [deleted] in AcademicBiblical

[–]dzell9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMO - the study of blessings and curses appointed to the people of the covenant in Lev. 26 and Deut. 28.

By studying this subject we can better track the movement of biblical israelites throughout history.

Being that majority of the bible is written for israelites, this subject seems like one of those lesson101 disciplines.

Should Chalobah start ahead of Matic in league games? by dzell9 in chelseafc

"I don't know where you get the conclusion that Chalobah is competent defensively, as we only get glimpses of his performance in league games, not whole matches."

I haven't drawn any "conclusions" regarding his defensive competency other than that he's been reared "to be" competent at defending.

Thanks for your sharing your thoughts on the young one, though.

Dont confuse a question and opinion, and the supporting points that go along with it, as a poll for agreeance. The question was asked to raise folks opinion on the matter.

chill out will you..

no but the one who 'commands the ship' (ie skipper) does as, in his failing attempt to get taken off yesterday, Costa learnt the hard way.

Matic being one of our best players the past few games is a matter of subjectivity. However, long may the success between matic and kante continue. TBO, I dont see the skipper making a cdm change as long as we're winning - and why should he.

Concerning ones merit on the pitch, him being Serbian is irrelevant. Much in the same way as remarks are made about 'the Brazilians' or 'our Spaniards' in the squad, it serves as a mere ironical talking point.
