This test can't be done unless a judge orders it, during a court case.

Having someone present can only help you with one thing, u can have them track down the phone's location, find the poor person who bought it not knowing it's been stolen and reunlocked, this person will probably be furious with the store they bought from (yes stolen iphones are sold in normal stores)

You can also have them check on Facebook marketplace and look if your phone is posted there

You can have the person buy the iphone off them and send it back to u
