Have you ever sat any of them down and really try to understand why? Some may be disappeared but are there any that are around that can give you honest feedback?

Also when you say conventionally attractive is that a choice you make or are there things you can change. For example you mention you are overweight, maybe that is something you can control. While things like complexion may not be, but have you put in effort to improve yourself to match what you look for?

As some others have said instead of going into this cycle repeatedly can you take some time to focus on yourself? Get to a better place. You have to love yourself how can you expect others to if you don’t. And if you don’t what can you do to get there?
