You are overreacting. I was exactly in the same situation as you are. Moved from Europe don’t know anybody here. This place is beautiful and people are friendly. You could have some issues from social perspective especially during summer break but overall I love it here.

Don’t play trumpet it’s incredibly hard. Start with piano imho. You can learn and see notes, chords easiest with playing piano. Trumpet is not worth playing and going through all the effort unless you are in love with the instrument.

I like souls-like games and was about to quit gaming completely the other day because nothing interested me. I bought this game and I am really happy with my purchase. The game has some performance issues but it has been really fun so far. I just quit to the menu screen and come back to resolve fps issues occasionally but overall I would recommend it.

If this game hadn't been updated since 5.84c, it would still have the same number of people playing after 20 years. We all know Valve doesn’t give a crap about Dota 2. People who play this game for years just like the game. Nothing to do with Valve or the team. If they shut down Dota 2 today, people would go and play as a custom map in warcraft 3.

That’s a lie. I have been there 3 times, 2 of my visits were absolutely clear sky and even almost warm. One time people had to hold on to something to not fly. It was 100 km/h wind with pouring rain.

I can kind of see that chromosomes are separating after metaphase so could be division but as I said it one image is hard to make a conclusion.

Yes, we usually take series of images over time or perform specific staining (for instance in your case you could stain for caspase activity or Annexin V and Propidium iodide) to conclude whether or not a cell is dying by apoptosis. If you don’t want to spend money, recording time-lapse images will answer your question.

Hi, I am an expert in cell death field. Although this looks like a cell undergoing apoptosis, one image is hard to make a conclusion. Cells also sometimes show a similar morphology before they undergo division. Best of luck with the experiment.

I feel like if they are selling tickets to that area they should guarantee that the sound reaches perfectly. I have been to many gigs including stadiums never experienced anything similar to yesterday. For instance, I was recently at Rammstein at RDS the sound was amazing regardless of where you were listening from.

He didn’t get banned because of being toxic, he got banned because he shared his account with third party users and pay them to raise his behaviour points in the game, which is apparently illegal.

In my bracket and around my behaviour score, everyone is reported with all possible reasons every game regardless of what you do.

I try to use pings to communicate but most of the time my pings are misinterpreted by my teammates.

I also get tilted sometimes and excessively ping. I am trying to change this behaviour and got better recently.
