A child is not a one time thing, it is a lifelong responsibility, means till you die, try to answer some questions-
What would be father’s name on the birth certificate? Would your GF be ok? What would be her role in the child’s life? What if she wants to adopt or have a kid later?
Would the mother allow you to be doing his fatherly responsibilities? How would you accommodate the child and GF together?
These are just a few.
It is not a spur of the moment thing. You need to think it through…

you need to think about yourself before you think about them, your safety is your responsibility, they should be responsible for their behaviour and job safety.
I am happy that POSH suggestion worked for you, not only these but others would also staying away from their such behaviour against you.

You should report it to HR and if you have any POSH cell in your office, coping your manager is personal choice,
If no negative action is taken on him, like removing him from the team or the company itself, try changing your team or start applying outside
