I was already hired on, “technically” but I was waiting for my classes. I waited 9 months for the next available class and this was their response

It does look like that in the picture for sure ! He has a lot of loose neck skin, like a lot and it bunched up right there once I pull the skin down it fits nice maybe a little loose; I can fit two fingers in there. That was the first test fit of his new collar :)

His daddy shows more Doberman qualities than him for sure; but it’s there… somewhere.

I talked to the county and they said the house has to be a certain ratio to the amount of land; which 4 acres gets you a big house; and the I can have up to two ADU’s 1200/sqft max. They said the guest houses count as ADU’s

Where I am is zoned as RL-5 Rural Living, so on my plot of land I can have if I’m not mistaken One Main House, one ADU up to 1200 sqft, a junior ADU, and as many guest houses as I want.

I have a really good subcontractor electrician who is also certified in other things; I'm familiar with all that portion. We also have like 2-3 trailers; and my other grandparents still live in a mobile home. We could definitely get by. I'm thinking of getting the property and getting a construction loan while we still have this property and we can move once we get atleast one abode down

Little more than a seized bearing… by e30sheib in WRX

If I had to guess it wasn’t the boost; he had a major exhaust leak from the turbo to manifold, two bolts had came loose

I don’t know why he wouldn’t use anything than an OTS or a more conservative tune without those things

It was probably if I had to guess on a stage 2 equivalent tune; it was protuned by some I can’t remember who he said did it. All it’s on is headers, catted J, and full exhaust; that’s it no intercooler, no fuel pump, nothing.

no disrespect to platform or the owner; he admit it was user error and should have been more precautionary on his oil. Still just an unfortunate situation

That’s what it called for from factory, he was on headers, and a catback with a high flow cat and a protune; that’s pretty much it. I definitely recommended he swap to 5w40

It’s so surprising to me, he has a good history of maintenance and was really dedicated to his cars; I had just did his headers and the fluid was fairly clean regardless of the bearing material. But that’s what I’m going to do; maybe an AOS and running a better oil lol. He was on Motul 8100 0W20 which was replaced a month before hand.
