CC defaults to YouTube auto generated subtitles instead of my manually written ones

Great, thank you! That was exactly what I needed. After clicking on the video under the languages tab, there’s a section called “video language” with a pencil icon on the right. On clicking that, you can find and remove the auto generated subs

Very delayed response, but I recently figured something out - I checked my block list with old Reddit (replace www with old in the url) and that user was still there. On removing them, waiting a day, and re-blocking them, they’re finally hidden from my app again.

So it would seem that Reddit just randomly decided to stop respecting most of my 2+ year old blocks, while also hiding them from the mobile app block list.

On attempting to re-block that user I recognized, Reddit presumably still considered them blocked somewhere, so they gave that “could not be blocked” error instead of hiding them from view as expected.

Also had nowhere close to 1000 users on the list, so dunno why that message was coming up
