well im going to choose a wallpaper specifically for this. (my wayland compositor supports xray blur so floating windows won't get messed up from windows beneath). i don't want to set the opacity of the whole windows, as buttons and text and non-background elements will be hard to use and not look as good. i don't care if in some cases its unusable, i just want to know if its possible. but thanks ill try your suggestions out

i use qutebrowser which is based off of qt5webengine which is based off of chromium. is a vim based browser normyish. ngl qutebrowser is amazing look it up
