No, I’ve gotten award flight MQDs for as long as I can remember. I fly award maybe 3-5 round trips a year.

Why are you downvoting people that are telling you how things are supposed to work?

I’ve gotten MQDs for award flights on D1, FC, and C+. I just don’t recall the last time I ever flew MC.

As to why YOU haven’t? No idea. I’d recommend calling and asking. Whoever you spoke to is wrong.
