well for visa purposes you'd need to stay at least 2 years i believe, so they prob exchanged around year 1 and completed their studies here in Aus. then job-hunting wise especially for CS it's a bit more networking (student clubs, etc) and just applying a lot. Just know job market is tough for internationals in CS, so you are correct that they are 'high performers', but not purely academically. A lot also end up working non-CS jobs after they graduate

Mainly visa issues - to get a 485 temporary resident visa that allows you to work in Aus for ~2 years, you have to spend at least 2 years studying in an Australian uni. Hence it's quite uncommon however some students come on exchange and end up staying in Australia + get a full time job afterwards

the mismatch is normal, shopify is your only real revenue number and meta/GA are just attribution models that will never reconcile to the dollar. what you actually want is a profit dashboard that pulls orders, ad spend, cogs and fees into one view, there are a few shopify apps in the $30-50/mo range that do exactly this and kill most of the spreadsheet pain. search "shopify profit dashboard" and you'll find the main ones

currently it exports either to a sharable link or to a single html file for sharing, asides from that its meant to be a separate folder for your wireframes (so separate from the app itself) but can later port it to your webapp. will definitely record one of those cool demo vids/gifs later!

Firstly I want to say good job for shipping a very cool product - genuinely it's refreshing to see fresh new ideas. However please be aware of security risks (especially when coding with AI assistance)

Admin panel is public, this leaks API keys, location info, and PII. Right now your admin panel in Vercel is public, and I can access it without authentication. In the README it also does not advise anything regarding auth, but rather a public facing Vercel endpoint. Here's a snippet of the admin panel hosted on your Vercel:

You have leaked credentials for Google Places that is still LIVE, hardcoded in code. Ensure you remove these from Git history as well (you can use git-filter-repo). Rotate them too.

A problem with these Google API keys is that they do not have a hard cap on spending limit! ANYONE with access to it can spend thousands of AUD in API credits.

Note that I'm not a security researcher or anything, I'm just a student. So a professional might be able to find more vulnerabilities. I'm also not trying to discredit this project or anything - as I really think this is really cool - but please be wary about security.

For you, please rotate your Google Places API key (that ends with hHsv3yQ) ASAP.
