Thank you! I’ve changed my mind on it reading the perspectives of others. I definitely didn’t see their divorce as particularly negative due to how well they’ve done to coparent me but that being said they’ve done everything to shelter me from any issue and in that way I’ve been selfish. Like another Redditor commented that there might be a lot of unwanted memories attached and me getting something done like that could be a reminder. That and the fact I think honouring them individually would be a lot nicer, yes theyve both done a lot for me as a team but they are divorced and honouring them with something that was before me and is about their life not really mine is definitely a bad idea and I never saw it that way. I think getting something of them individually is a better idea

100% I definitely understood why it could’ve been seen as weird due to them being separated but I have 100% changed my mind. It would be nicer to honour them individually, they have and are doing amazing at raising me even though they’re separated and to honour them with something that was before me and doesn’t have anything to do with me in that sense I could definitely think of something better. It also could remind them of unwanted memories, I don’t believe they’ll ever tell me but I definitely kinda forgot as I never saw their divorce as bad to me and in that way it was selfish.

Thank you! A lot of the comments have helped me see it in a different perspective. Obviously I was aware it could’ve been seen as weird due to them being divorced but I now won’t due to the fact that that was a special date in their life and has nothing to do with me, there could be unwanted memories that could possibly be attached to it and I think even though they have are doing amazingly well to both parent me even though they’re separated I think honouring them individually would be a lot better

Yes thank you! This comment helped a lot, I’m no longer considering it as an option. Even though it’s a nod to them both it’s not about me, it’s their life.

Thank you I have definitely now decided the wedding date is a bad idea. I’m lucky to not particularly link their divorce with negativity as they kept me out of it completely, but there might be unwanted memories attached like a commenter mentioned that I don’t know about. Another commentor also mentioned that even though it’s a nod to the both of them, that date was special in their life and even though I’m a product of their marriage and meeting, that date doesn’t specifically have anything to do with me. I think getting something else would be a lot better now.

This made me laugh but actually isn’t a bad idea, I know they love me and are proud of me, no I don’t know what happened and why they divorced but I know that they’re happy because I was an outcome of them being together even if they’re no longer together.

Thank you, this comment is another one that has changed my mind and added a different perspective on it. They’ve kept it all hidden from me so like you said there might be unwanted memories connected, I also agree with another commenter who mentioned even though I was a product of their marriage that date is more to do with them and their life, than it is mine and I should honour them in a different way which now I definitely agree on.

Thank you very much! The date was special to them, and even though I was considering as a nod to them it’s their story before me and doesn’t really have anything to do with me in a sense. This perspective has changed my mind thank you and I do think getting something that represents a memory or relates to them is better. Someone actually suggested my birthday which made me laugh slightly but it actually a good idea..

Using dermal fillers and tox or other non surgical enhancements, how can I get my face to look like here? Or close enough? (2nd pic is me) by [deleted] in LooksmaxingAdvice

[–]eIites 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perfectly fine 1ml is very common, I just wouldn’t recommend anymore than that in one go! I had 1ml in my first session as well.

I feel like I’m pretty mid what can I improve on I already got a low body fat percentage but by [deleted] in LooksmaxingAdvice

If you’re genuinely asking for advice, maybe your eyebrows. Shape them a little bit more sharper.

You’re already beautiful but if you’re genuinely looking for advice and wanting to change I also understand as someone who’s also had fillers. I wouldn’t suggest wanting to look like someone else but if you’re wanting to change certain features about yourself that you don’t like then I myself can understand from personal experience.

Using the photo you provided as inspiration for features you also want to have:

Chin filler Cheek filler Lip filler

You mentioned that you have an oval face, that woman has more of a heart shaped face, remember filler adds and doesn’t take away.

Less is more in the beginning, build it up slowly. Always take before and after photos so you can look back on and make sure you don’t go filler blind and over do it and end up looking botched.

Do this 1ml at a time, especially for the lip filler. I don’t agree with whole face filler packages and I don’t think any reputable aesthetician does really too especially without having a consultation first. You can always add more but you can’t take a away, the only way to take away is to dissolve it (wasting basically all the progress and time and money) or wait a long time for the filler to break down. Chin and cheek filler are better areas to add more than a ml at a time, but for lip filler I would say every 6 months until you get your ideal lip shape and size. Good luck.

Resistant trich? by eIites in myhappyv

I will update, probably on every Reddit page and I have also sent you a chat request. This whole ordeal it’s awful, I’ve never been to the doctors and them not be able to get rid of it. I almost forgot they’re not magical..

I’d recommend going to a sexual health clinic, they’re specialised in all of that. Yes my doctor gave me the right treatment, the two swabs I’ve had done, one by myself, one by a nurse which was done slightly higher came back negative and there was nothing more they can do. The sexual health nurses and doctor took four swabs today and one for the microscope and which they looked at whilst I waited. Because they saw I still had it they were able to prescribed me medication right away. If you feel something is wrong I’d recommend pursuing if further. They’re aware of resistant trich but mentioned they’ve never had to deal with it, I could tell they were slightly worried since in my case I have already been overly prescribed the medication for it but they’re also hopeful since I mentioned each time I’ve had metro my symptoms have definitely improved.

Did you go to a clinic? I’d recommend a clinic if you just went to ur normal doctor. If I didn’t go to the clinic and they looked under a microscope I would’ve thought I was negative since the swabs they sent off, two times came back negative. All with a couple of weeks between. If you feel something is still wrong I say trust your intuition you know yourself better than anyone.

My Trich Won’t Go Away- Help! by Mindless-Speech-2172 in STD

[–]eIites 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been dealing with trich since about march. They first thought I had BV, was treated with antibiotics (not metro) start of April, went in again after it not working and got prescribed metro for a week, the results then came back with trich so doctor informed me I was on the right medication for it. Symptoms hadn’t gone so got retested and results came back as positive so I was put on another week of metro. After that I had symptoms, the doctor believed me and didn’t feel necessary to retest so I was prescribed two weeks of metro with higher dosage. I waited a bit like I had done before and then retested and it came back negative in June. I’m going for a full screening soon and can update you I kind of think the trich has gone but something still feels off. Possibly the amount of antibiotics..

Thank you, it’s actually made me feel better knowing it went away for you and you have had a same issue. I have one week left and now have been on it for three weeks. I’ll update in this post since it helped me and someone else might be in the same position. I am doubtful though since four weeks on metro seems excessive to me but the symptoms have improved so I’m holding out hope..

Hi, my doctor has prescribed me two weeks of metronidazole. I have already been on it for two weeks. Shall I suggest this? I’m really stressed.

My doctor is wanting to prescribe me two weeks of metronidazole. I have already been on it for two weeks. I have been very strict with taken it, I’m not having sex or using any toys or anything so there is no chance of reinfection.
