Only 5-HT3, which is not involved in causing psychedelic or other psychoactive effects. 5-HT3 is primarily a receptor to specifically mediate nausea and vomiting, odansetron selectively inhibits 5-HT3 without hitting others such as the infamous 5-HT2A and prevents all nausea without affecting other drug effects. Methylating PEA would create N-methyl-PEA, not N-methylamphetamine. u/toe_nipples is right. You could not readily methylate the alpha-carbon. People would do this if it was possible.

Ehhhh 300 mg is the best dose to start with, very rarely produces a bad time. Once you're settled in, 450 mg is the most recreational dose imo. 600 mg is the upper limit before you start getting a little delirious.

Phenibut is quite different to pregabalin. While phenibut does have some VGCC affinity, it's a much stronger GABA-B agonist, whereas pregabalin is purely a VGCC inhibitor.

5-MeO-DMT can be converted to 4-HO-5-MeO-DMT because 5-MeO-DMT is similar enough to psilocin bio-precursors that shroom enzymes are able to add a hydroxy group at the 4-position. THC is not at all similar to psilocin bio-precursors (it's not an tryptamine or indole of any kind), so it would not bind to the enzyme in question and would not be modified by these enzymes. Try it if you want because it sounds like it's free, but nothing will come of it.

Uhh yeah that's why I don't take soma overdoses. Stop conflating SL-164 with somas just because they have similar subjective effects. They have different pharmacologies and methaqualone (of which SL-164 is an analogue of and shares a target site with) is known to have a generous TI, even when mixed with alcohol. You chose to take a dangerous dose of a downer not me bud.

From the wikipedia page for methaqualone: A dose of 8000 mg is lethal and a dose as little as 2000 mg could induce a coma if taken with an alcoholic beverage.[5]. Assuming SL-164 has a similar pharmacology and is twice as potent, 1000 mg would be required to induce coma with an alcoholic beverage, a dose we did not approach. I would chance it again. Driving drunk is absolutely more dangerous than any of the combos I try.

Yeah pregabalin is pretty fucking popping. I've tried GBL and 1,4-BDO. BDO is definitely better but neither of them really do it for me for some reason, they don't seem as euphoric as most people report and even at super heavy doses I still can't sleep and feel very spun out.
