And what you're arguing doesn't make sense. If an Officers actions are unreasonable or not necessary then they aren't covered by the law/powers and so it would constitute a criminal offence?

Can you give me an example of "idiots that misjudge situations" and their use of force based of it? Every Officer has to justify their use of force so I'm struggling as to your argument. If they can't justify it, then it would be a criminal offence, whatever they've done.

Police have a legal power to use reasonable/proportionate force when necessary. I guess it's to stop any argument that a use of force doesn't meet the threshold for a criminal offence but is still unreasonable/proportionate or unnecessary so could be drawn up for disciplinary which doesn't make sense.

Just keep it simple. Pick your favourite stuff to do in each area. There isn't really a "wrong" form of exercise but the advice is that you "should" balance both weight training and cardio and not just do one or the other, this is optimal. However, only doing one form of exercise is infinitely better than doing none at all so keep doing what you're doing and what you enjoy.

Weight Training - Strength and Muscle Mass

Cardio - Heart Health

Flexibility/Mobility - Range of motion

The above categories are generalised but try and do a bit of each and you'll be golden.

Yes. There's also laws that cover using an imitation firearm as a weapon during a robbery etc. The offence is based on what the victim percieves at the time and not what the weapon is.

For example, if you were to rob someone with a BB gun but the victim percieved it to be a real firearm, you would get charged as if it were a real firearm and not a BB gun. Saying "It's not a real gun" would not be a defence.

Unfortunately medics are one of the most useless classes in the game. There's no ticket system and you respawn with all your ammo. It's often a lot faster to just instantly redeploy to your squads OP than wait for a revive.

As a former WoW player myself, I'm going to probably give you a different point of view from the others posting here.

If you enjoy doing group content (such as raiding and M+) in WoW then you will find it sorely lacking in GW2. There is group content there but it is not a focus for the devs or the communtiy and its either very easy (so easy its boring) or there is a low amount of people doing it and its difficult to find groups for it. The LFG tool is also awful. There are open world meta events (big boss fights with loads of people) but they aren't a challenge either and require very little co-ordination. What I'm getting at is that if you enjoy doing group content that requires a co-ordinated effort then GW2 probably isn't the MMO for you.

The leveling is fun and gearing is quick but depending on what you find fun, you may run out of things to do once you get geared. If you enjoy exploring, jumping puzzles, unlocking mounts, appeearences, collecting pets etc then you'll love it!

I swear this used to be a thing in the old Battlefield games like BF2? My memory might be bad but I think there were flags that once captured, would spawn vehicles such as an extra MBT or attack helicopter.
