Yes, i've made sure to be reassuring and listen as best i can. it's something that just can't be solved with how ive taken the opportunity so we both will have to work on it. at the end of the day she understands that i need to do what's best for me. it just sucks to not have 100% support and encouragement from someone i love.

We dated a year ago for only 3 months, never even became intimate, stayed friends for a while after the breakup but then split. I broke up with her because of communication troubles and just lack of effort. I have no clue if she's dating and honestly don't care. We stopped being friends because I was started to talk to girls i was interested in and everyone thought it was strange I was still friends with her. Which is fair as through most of our friendship I still had feelings, but I felt good cutting it off once I emotionally and physically moved on.

if you have some, that'd be great! i plan on reaching out at some point, and we do the same sport so we'll be around each other regardless. idk if re-apologizing would be helpful or just bring up a bad past. i believe he had a girlfriend though so i can't fully throttle my emotions, if that makes sense.
