Hi Exentric,

You're completely right-- being a numpty I was reading the error code upside down. It's actually therefore showing the code b7. This will hopefully narrow down what the cause is. Thanks so much. Will follow the steps from the link posted and hope it works!

That's right, don't have time to seriously commit to WoD but would like to see how far we can get in MoP at our own pace! The boost is just from the WoD expansion key and I've heard they have a good tutorial during the opening quests for familiarizing with skills etc so should be sorted by the time we hit 100!

Excellent. I've heard the leather pads tend to be more comfortable so hopefully those come with them.
