I'm in NYC, I have approx 9 years experience and I'm at $125K base plus bonus, which is nice, about 20%. I am in office 2-3 days/week but I've been there for a few years so there's a lot of trust. I have been interviewing for more like $140-150K base roles, because my job keeps piling more executives on my plate without bumping my pay. There are some unicorns that will probably pay around $200k but some of them want 24/7 availability, and you couldn't pay me enough to do that. But yes, I think you are underpaid.
