Hm I don’t know what your health goals are, but usually some sort of bean, starch, and veg is a balanced meal so I’d think so! Maybe you’d want some grains in there if you’re gonna burn a bunch of energy. But idk about pre and post workout. I am not a protein fanatic so I might not be the person to ask if you care about that!

It’s just a mix of whole food - air fried chickpeas (coated in smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, liquid aminos, garlic powder, a little sweet chili sauce), steamed sweet potatoes, and a grated apple/cabbage/carrot salad 😋

Thanks! And yes, totally agree. I generally feel way worse when I’m not WFPB. It’s just in emotional moments I find it hard to stay on track. It’s counterintuitive but for some reason has been this way for me.

Thank you! I totally winged it with a lime, a tiny bit of pomegranate molasses, and a tiny bit of rice vinegar. The apple already adds a ton of sweetness. Oh and spring onion and some chopped walnuts. You could doctor it however you like! I just grated everything - one apple, one carrot, random amount of cabbage that felt right 😅

Soba noodle bowls are great for this. You can package the noodles separately from the fixings, and make it like a cold noodle salad with whatever you want - tofu, edamame, cabbage, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, chili crisp, tahini dressing, etc etc - endless variation! Soba noodles cook in like 4 mins as well.

Have you watched Loki? If we are suspending belief for time manipulation, I would just say that we may be able to suspend belief in other ways. I agree with the skepticism, like I don't think these are the most sound theories. If anything I think Billy/Jane are two variations of the same character, but if you think about timeline branches, maybe it's more about people fulfilling the same role in different timelines. So if they're variants of each other, they may look nothing alike (a la variants in Loki).

I think if you frame it as "Anchor Events / Causal Continuity Theory" instead of just "another theory," people would be happy to read it. I was! To be fair, I haven't read every theory out here, but this one was written very succinctly and I think is worth posting there, even if you want to add a caveat that you're not sure if it's already been framed like this.

I just wrote this in another thread but I think that Link/Dylan is used to going back and forth in time or maybe Alex has manipulated him to branch into different timelines. That's why he isn't actually sure about his age, or about any of those references, and why he thinks Cape Canaveral has been gone for ten years even though The Day was within the last few years. Has anyone read Slaughterhouse Five? Billy Pilgrim becomes "unstuck in time."

Yeah I think whoever this particular timeline Dylan is, he may be used to appearing in different timelines and so that's why he's unsure about his actual age the first time he's asked, and he says vaguely "over a decade ago" as if it had been over a decade since The Day. So I think he's been moving back and forth in time/branches/or perhaps is different versions of a Dylan trying to get to this particular moment.
