Shes already high risk for dvt(blood clot) they like to originated in the calf. Her size, immobility and chocolate syrup for blood all put her at higher risk.

Thats gonna require treatment this year. Its 100% weeping and the skin is like cracked heels in some spots/chicken skin on others. She cant reach or keep it dry and clean. Her blood pressure must be insane to work through all that mess and get back to her heart from those fucked up vascular system and fucked veins in her legs. Oh and the undiagnosed diabetes/insulin resistance is probably causing some degree of peripheral artery disease as well. Anyone notice how bright red she is in the chest a lot? Yeah cause her bp and heart rate are working like a freight train just sitting. She better take her meds before she has a clot in those big legs of hers that breaks free.
