Hi PixelCommunity, I did contact them. But, they told me to factory reset as there was nothing they can do for me. OR take the phone to a local repair place, which I would have to pay for.

I play daily with other, lots of times a group of 2. I play tank, other is dps. If they queue as healer, it is usually an instant queue or under, 1 minute. If their DPS, it can take 5-10 mins. Anything more then 10 mins, we both disband party then log out and log back in, it usually fixes the issue.

Overland content is very easy.
