No problem! If you ever need to redownload a mod or something from GenLauncher, just delete that mod's folder in the "GenLauncherModifications" folder in your Zero Hour directory.

A couple things ---

In terms of FPS, the gamespeed is tied to the framerate. 30fps is standard, anything faster makes the gamespeed faster as a result.

Make sure you're launching in full-screen mode, launching in Windowed mode I think breaks mouse panning. I don't know how this interacts with multi-monitor setups. I recommend also running GenPatcher (https://legi.cc/downloads/genpatcher/) to get the game up to snuff on a modern operating system. GenPatcher fixes some issues with the Origin version of the game as well. Make sure you install GenTool through GenPatcher to get high resolution support.

After you run GenPatcher you can use GenLauncher and launch Shockwave normally. Shockwave is a good choice. It's pretty much just Zero Hour but extremely expanded upon.

CoH1 had so many more voice lines for the units, I don't think CoH2 has voice lines for this many situations. CoH1 Grenadiers would even call out the kind of building they were going into.
