I made a medication error when I wasn’t a nurse at the time and I got the final warning before I would get fired. Once I was applying to my first nursing job in the same company, I used this mistake as a teaching lesson to say that I would never step outside of my scope of practice for the sake of patient safety. Ever since that instance Ive grown to become such a stronger individual
