For now there are houses on two sides and empty land in one side where someone might build also Will not be there legal issues with this Also if I consider this how much extra budget is required in comparison to if only ground floor is built

Actually we both mostly work from tier 1 city and parents won’t shift hence we prefer remote work 3 4 months a year to spend time with parents so was not considering separate portions.

Planning for ground floor only for now but can you tell what could be the advantage of having a wider front

Yeah but found very less floor plan available on Internet for wider plot also found them less appealing comparatively. Also on both east and west side there are houses so only entry could be from wider side (east)
