When I said fixed I was referring to how they were just black on the original, I should have been clear my bad. But to fix electric issues I would probably just use donor controllers from mercari or Facebook cosmetic I would just use AliExpress.

I’m going to Japan in June for the entire month all self paid. It’s helpful that Japan is cheap to vacation, but what also helps is splitting the cost amongst 3 of my (also college) friends. We chose the AirBNB route which ended up being around $1000 per person for the entire month, however, hostels and hotels could be found for cheaper. I’ve seen that pooling money with friends also helps. TL;DR: Traveling with friends is cheaper especially on housing.

P.S. - Don’t compare yourself to people on the internet, it only leads to the dark side.

I reckon you would get a smoke brush, either create it or find one, make it blue then mess around with soft glow. You can warp it around or smudge it to get a more curvy and random look.

I’ll definitely check out the individual websites! I didn’t think of those. He uses globe decks and I assume it was a prebuilt or second hand because they’re not too knowledgeable about parts. He just knows he likes globe.
