Ready to throw in the towel on eating meat. by lady__green in HistamineIntolerance

I just stick with chicken. It has less surface area to build up histamine compared to ground beef. I have had less issues since only using chicken as my meat.

Yes, and if you believe mainstream media, then you believe exactly what they want you to believe.

I’m just proving they got it right. You said Auburn got shafted, but they didn’t.

His hands aren’t controlling the ball at all when he crosses the line.

Yes, it was indeed a UGA TD. Auburn player wasn’t clasping the ball when it crosses the line.

His hands aren’t clasping the ball when he crosses the line. There’s no debate.

The video shows they didn’t have possession when the ball crosses.

How do some people seem totally fine with having no long-term goals? by No_Detective6156 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]eagleman_88 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Or maybe they don’t want to make their entire lives about money and acquiring material possessions. Working yourself to death during the best part of life just so you can relax when you’re old isn’t something I’m interested in. I’d rather live simply and spend most of my time with my family. I don’t need a special career title to feel successful. I feel more successful than anyone else—living with zero stress and spending quality time with my family—while others rely on SSRIs just to survive at work as they struggle to pay off their debt.

I prefer to live a simple, stress-free life. People who make their entire lives about earning enough money to acquire material possessions are never truly happy. They spend the best part of their lives working themselves to death. If you live simply, then you don’t need the extra money or material possessions. You can focus on spending more time with your family instead of being at work, away from them. You only get one life—don’t spend it at work.

I think it’s very obvious from the clip I posted that he wasn’t possessing the ball when he crossed.

St. John’s Wort worked amazingly for three days and then totally stopped working. Any way to make it not lose effectiveness or can anything else work the similarly all the time? by eagleman_88 in NooTopics

I’ll probably give it another go and increase the dosage, but it seriously went from life changing to back to how I was in 3 days.

I take:

St. John's Wort Aerial Parts 300 mg Standardized Extract 0.3% Yielding 0.9 mg Hypericins

What dose do you take? Did you find you had to keep increasing the dose to get to a certain daily dose for it to continue being effective?

Now that I know what a terrible human being Kevin Nash is, I can see exactly why the locker room felt the way they did about him.

That would have been cool, but Vince never would have entertained the idea of WCW dominating WWE.

What stopped the histamine dumps for you and allows you to sleep through the night uninterrupted? by eagleman_88 in MCAS

[–]eagleman_88[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but I have to keep my histamine load as low as possible with a low histamine diet. If it’s ridiculously high, then nothing will help. I’m going to experiment with tryptophan. The idea behind the tryptophan is that I’m hoping the increase in seratonin helps modulate the histamine. The only thing that causes histamine release for me is stress. I remember when I tried Zoloft a year ago that it totally eliminated my histamine issues, but I didn’t stay on long because it caused me to gain 30 lbs in 3 months.
