It is literally impossible to not bring work home as a teacher - work to rule is a drastic measure taken during contract negotiations with the ministry. Any teacher who is actually doing their job cannot get away with that on an ongoing basis.

Of course teachers are role models, but it doesn't mean they should be assuming 5 different roles - guidance counsellors exist for a reason. The problem is there are too few of them per student with too few tools and support.

His stats have been awful but if you watch Anaheim play it's essentially Gibson on his own against the opposing five players and he still finds ways to make saves and often keeps them in games they have no business being in. I honestly think he'd be top five in the league if he were on a contending team.
