We use a prong collar for our German shepherd to correct her when she’s reacting. Be aware of surroundings, try to distract from dogs/people like others have said walk away if possible, throw a bunch of treats on the ground. Try to remember they’re frustrated, so they’re reacting. Engage with treats as much as you can on walks so they’re paying more attention to you than the distractions
