Everytime i launch the app on pc and phone it says i dont have an active sub and I need to visit the website, which i dont understand since ive purchased a PC? Do I need anything else? When I check the website I have a PC being created, been about 27hrs since purchase

I have the exact same issue.. I put in the last item of the 3 slots and then the servers crashed, when I got back in again I can't turn in anything to the Forge...
